Hey, guys, how are you today? My name is Brennan Matthews and I am a wellness practitioner that has kind of learned my practices throughout several years of world travel. So I've been a traveler almost full time for about past eight years. And through living in several different countries as far as Vietnam, Thailand, Mexico and Spain, and several others that I've traveled to have learned several different practices through those cultures to kind of cultivate happiness and joy and health and wellness from one place to the next.

And what I found from that is that there's no one correct answer for each person. I found that every person has to kind of adapt their own practice, find what works for them and really take on the benefits from each of these things and utilize them and make them their own for themselves. So what I'm going to do is give you my practices that I've learned from all over the world, all these cultures, and give them back to you. And these are only suggestions to help you in your daily life to overcome the natural challenges that occur and make you the best person that you can possibly be.

So with that, let's get started with some practice. Thank you.
