What up, Cadre family? It's Luke here. Happy Monday to you and yours. Monday Motivation got pushed back just a little bit late today and that's okay. Here we are in the afternoon, combining Monday Motivation with our Cadre today and our afternoon version. Excited to be here. Thanks everybody for showing up again. My name is Luke Wendlandt. I've been here at Cadre since day one. I've generalized generalized anxiety disorder, panic attacks. I used alcohol for years and years and years to cope with that.

So here we are, one question today. So I asked a group of individuals, I said, you know, could you give me one question for Monday motivation for a prompt in something that you've grown in this year. Like, what's, where's one area that you've grown? So actually I'm going to answer with two. So I had two different areas in which I've grown. So the first area in which I grown was preparation and planning. So a game changer for me, like a true game changer for me in my life has been the prompt that I switched from.

I kind of like would fly by the seat of my pants through the week as an entrepreneur, as a business owner. Like, I was like, how could I, you know, just get through a week to now? Like the total. You guys have heard me talk about it. I have my blue book, I have my yellow book. I have these books on Sunday nights that I review and I take at least two hours each night on Sunday to review and prepare for the whole entire week, right? So I go through my Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

That's one thing. So that's, I think that's a word, honest, where now I, I just total live into total honesty and truth. And it can be, it can be really. So I just want you to know like, as you transition because like all those little white lies that you've told and continue to tell and continue to tell yourself and others, they stick and they grow a habit. And to change that and tweak that, it takes a little bit and it takes also a little bit of like loving yourself when people are frustrated by your responses.

So remember those things. Have a phenomenal, amazing, ridiculously good week. If you live in our backyard of Minneapolis St. Paul, we know it's heavy. We know there's a lot of things going on. We are offering a. Every night at 8:00pm, 8, 8:30, there will be get together on Cadre that you can join in, you can participate, you can share, you can listen, you can sit back, you can keep your, you know, camera off and you can just listen for to some individuals that are dealing with them, some things, sharing with some things.

Some will be all the carte I. E. By themselves. Some of them will probably be joining with somebody else. But no matter what, they will be here and we'll be here for you, which is what we always do when things happen in our backyard or beyond, we show up. So that's Cadre 101. You guys take care. Have a wonderful week and I hope this one just hit you in a different way today. Thanks. Bye. Bye. Sa.
