What's up everybody? It's Luke Wentland here. It has been a day. Man, it's just kind of like one thing after another. It's kind of a little bit of work stuff, a little bit of life stuff, running the kids everywhere, flying from here to there. I have to get the yard mode. You only have a certain window of time to get that done. Rainy, not rainy, beautiful. It was just a day. And If you're like me, I think you try to pack a lot in sometimes to a Saturday. That's how I felt today. And I just kind of felt like I was going, going, going, just trying to get the next thing done.
15 central time from Minnesota. It's got them exhausted. So tomorrow will be better. Tomorrow's going to be a better day. It was interesting. I was just wrapping up dinner and bringing my daughter's girlfriend home and all the things like that. And I was chatting with them. We were talking about anxiety. We were talking about this. We were talking about panic. We were talking about... It was interesting. Just like I never talked about any of that stuff growing up at 10 years old, 11 years old, 12 years old.
I think it's pretty admirable that the kids are so in tune to their feelings and what they're dealing with. able to share and open up. And I think that's pretty cool. But my message today is if you feel like you're a little beaten down or if you feel like you just had one of those days where you're exhausted and tired, emotionally, mentally, everything, I just want to say totally can relate. I'm there today. But again, the best part about it is we have a new day tomorrow and we're going to wake up And it's, I'm manifesting a great day.
I'm manifesting a really good day that I'm going to be able to have my amazing Sunday planning session. I'm going to get my run on, of course. So get a 10 mile on, something like that. I'll do some work outside. I'll probably send a couple text messages to people I haven't connected with in a while. I'm going to get caught up with all my e-mail. I'll do all those things and I'll I'll go to bed tomorrow night feeling like I really accomplished something and that'll feel that'll feel good. So if you can relate to that and you can relate to that message of you know you work all week Monday through Friday and like you're tired and you feel away and feel like you're scrambling all the time then you get to a weekend and you kind of feel like your Saturday is the same in a different way.
It almost feels like then like you're working seven days a week. And it can be really tiring. 15 on Saturday, I hear you. I feel you. I'm with you. But tomorrow, let's make a pact that tomorrow is going to be a better day. How about that? All right, you guys. Peace. Have a wonderful night. Thanks for joining in. And I can't wait to see you Monday. That's what I live for. I'll go live Monday. Won't miss it. You'll see me. Excited to share a message. It's going to be a good one. And we'll talk soon.
All right, peace, everybody. Thanks for joining.
