Well, I as well succumbed to the tech bots twice today. I was on my livestream promptly at 12:30 today, only to discover it didn't stream. 😒 I then posted a video of said livestream which didn't post. They say third time's a charm.🍀

Hi Cadre Sphere. Christy Larson here. I was struggling with my live stream. It seemed like it was working, but for some reason it is not letting me post it. So I assume that it's not working. So I just wanted to pop on here and let you know that I was there for you. I was there at 12:30 for to be able to hang out with you all and if I missed you, I apologize. I always love being here. I always love seeing you. One of the things I was talking about today was people pleasing and choosing who you say yes to to and who you say no to and also just recognizing that your time and your energy and your needs and you matter.
And so it's okay to say no. Sometimes if you need to soften the blow and say no in a different way, that's absolutely fine. If you need to pause and wait to respond, that's also absolutely fine. I'm no expert. I'm not that great at it either. But I work on it pretty much every single day. And so I wanted to just pop on and let you know that and hope that you all are out there staying safe, staying, staying warm. If it's cold where you are, it's cold where I am here in Minnesota.
