  1. 0:01Sam Cadresphere talks about conscious fatherhood in today's podcast

Cadresphere: What does it mean to be a father? He talks about reconnecting with a friend he hasn't talked to in a long time. He says being a father shows up in lots of different ways. The more conscious we are of that, the better, he says.

All right. Hello, Cadresphere. What a beautiful day here in Los Angeles. And, you know, today is talking about conscious fatherhood. And I think it's like, what does it mean to be a father? To have a father and then to, like, have guys in your life where you have father energy for them, they have father energy for you. And I was just talking to a friend that I haven't talked to in a long time, and we're reconnected, and it feels good. It feels nice to be reconnected. I have big brother energy for him, and.

And something got twisted, and so we were, you know, disconnected for a while, and then we just got reconnected. And it was great. It was a great conversation. But then he talked about this other guy, John, who had father energy for me, was an amazing guy. Is amazing guy. He's very sick, gone a long time. And unfortunately, inside of me, as much is the best of him, lives inside of me. So it's still there. It's not strong, not nearly as strong as it used to be, but it can come up. And so it's like, hey, that's the beauty of the concept of a loving parent is that you begin to cultivate your own loving parent inside.

So when you're feeling afraid, you're feeling a little nervous, and it's like, hey, I get it. You're feeling a little afraid, a little nervous, okay? And go ahead, do. Do the next right thing. Do the next indicated thing. Do it scared. Like, even that is good. It's all good. So that's kind of what I'm thinking about. So I'm gonna call this guy because he means a lot to me. He' helped me a lot over the years. And, you know, that's what we do. We show up for the people who have helped us, and we help the people who show up for us, or just that God puts in front of us.

And, you know, that's a part of, I think, being a father, you know, or that father energy. Watch out for the younger generation, watch out for the older generation, watch out for my peers in this generation. All from a place of like, hey, we are all in this together. And one. I know what. I know what one. One phone call from somebody I haven't talked to. I mean, it just happened. This guy, he was avoiding me. He ghosted me. Then we reconnected, and there was no need to rehash anything. It was just like, we're good, we're good, and let's move forward.

Sometimes you need to rehash stuff. Sometimes you don't. So, like, what will it mean for me to call this guy? I don't know for sure, but I'm looking forward. Excuse me. I'm looking forward to talking to him. And. And I hope it brightens up his day, you know, as he's getting ready to leave this plane. I hope it helps him know, like, somebody that he helped significant, significantly and then helped a lot of my friends as well. So that's what I'm thinking about. That father energy. I'm thinking about, you know, being a father means and looks a lot different and shows up in lots of different ways.

And so the more conscious we are of that, the better. So with that in mind, I wish everybody a really wonderful weekend. And take care, Sam. Sa.
