  1. 0:00Hello. Hello. I'm in Minneapolis, which is absolutely amazing

"I'm in Minneapolis, which is absolutely amazing. Super excited to be here. For those of you who are on live or those who are watching, continue to be patient, just stay. Stay in and stay connected, because we have some incredible things coming "

  2. 0:30What's your North Star? What inspires you to push forward

In 2026, I want you to determine for yourself what your North Star is. What's giving you momentum, what's your why? What is encouraging you to push forward in a special way. For those who are visual, what I would encourage is draw a star. Write words, colors, phrases that all connect you to that North Star.

Hello. Hello. Hello. Did you think I wasn't coming? You know, I miss you guys. Let me tell you what's going on here. First of all, I'm in Minneapolis, which is absolutely amazing. Super excited to be here. I want to say for those of you who are on live or those who are watching, continue to be patient, continue to just stay. Stay in and stay connected, because we have some incredible things coming. Here's where I want us to focus today. And I'm not going to take a ton of your time, but I, you know, I'm having conversations all around me all the time, right?

And one of the things that we often talk about is what's your North Star? Right, North Star, brightest star, right in the whole galaxy, right in the sky. And the North Star leads you. The North Star guides you and it centers you and it grounds you. In the moments that you feel like things are too much or the moment you feel like you're lost, you can look up and see that North Star and then really decide for yourself. This is my why. This is what is keeping you going. This is what encourages you to push.

Hey, Anna. Hey, Emily. And so something that I want you to really think about. You know, 2026, we love to make goals and resolutions and routines and all the things, but I want you to do something for me. I want you to literally determine for yourself sometime over the next few days what your North Star. What is that experience? What is that initiative? Because I don't want it to just be a goal. I don't want it to be a pass, fail. What's giving you momentum, what's your why? What is encouraging you to push forward in a special way and.

And what will pull you through on the days that you feel like you are totally and completely overwhelmed and you don't know if you can do this anymore. For those who are visual, what I would encourage is draw a star. Don't get too caught up in how beautiful it looks. And then somewhere on that star, write words, colors, phrases that all connect you to your North Star. This isn't about you being better. It's not about you being perfect. It's not about you doing anything that you feel like you don't want to do.
