Well, hello, Cadresphere. I actually considered doing it in the rain, but I'm just not sure that that's the best kind of approach. So happy New Year to everybody. Happy New Year, whatever. Let's make 2026 fantastic.

  2. 0:56Sam Cadre: No More Resolutions is a first

Sam Adams: The title for my little check in today was no More Resolutions. He says the reason why some people have no sympathy for men is because of the way men show up. Adams: How much do you think what goes with resolutions seems to. help you live your best life?

Well, hello, Cadresphere. I stepped outside to do my usual little Cadre check in and lo and behold, it was raining quite a bit. So I actually considered doing it in the rain, but I'm just not sure that that's the best kind of approach. So happy New Year to everybody. Happy New Year's. Happy New Year, whatever. And yeah, you know, let's make 2026 fantastic. And again, for those who kind of follow what I do first, Saturday is always conscious masculinity. So the title for my little check in today was no More Resolutions.

Speak Wonder. Hello, Happy New Year. I still don't know if I'm supposed to talk to people when they come in, but I'm going to. And you know, the title was no More Resolutions. So what, what does that mean? Well, I think from my perspective, as I'm thinking, as I was thinking about it, you know, and I think about men and I think about the men that, the pressure that men put on themselves and you know, like, look, there are tons of people who have no sympathy for men because of the way men show up.

But have you ever considered the reason why men show up the way they do is because of the incredible lack of empathy they've gotten over the years and because it's just this hardened shell that they've created. Maybe it's based on power, maybe it's based on control and, you know, entitlement, you know, all kinds of things like that. But the idea, you know, that I've been getting like, on other social media of like, not to care about men and what men have been through, I'm like, d***, like, that's, that's pretty, that's pretty harsh.

And then the other thing is, is how much do you think what goes with resolutions seems to. Right. What goes with around, like how you're living your life, that that's helpful. Maybe, maybe I'm just putting a little too much into this idea of resolutions. But if you can wear them as a loose garment, then I think they can be wonderful. But if they're like a straight Jack, doesn't tend to work well, doesn't tend to be very good, doesn't tend to give us, I think ultimately what we're looking for. Then there's that whole thing of like, hey, I'm going to do all these different things and then it's January 5th and you've already quote, unquote, failed and what, you know, what happens there.

So audio keeps cutting out. Well, that's interesting. That's a first. Not sure what to do about that, but I'm not sure if it's me or if it's you, as we like to say. But I'm gonna assume it's me. And I'm going to say happy New Year. I'm going to say whether it's a resolution or whether it's a commitment to yourself or whether it's just a decision, right, to live your best Life. I hope 26. 2026 is fantastic for everybody, and I'm really looking forward to everything that Cadre has coming down the road and the opportunity to be a part of it.

Peace. And everybody, you take care. You have a wonderful weekend and a wonderful week. See you next week. Sam.
