Hey, Cadre. I am in an unusual place today because I am here at a hospital, not for bad reasons, with my son. You guys know he is a heart patient. So he had a surgery recently, and we are here for his checkup. And we were here longer than expected. So I am still here, but I'm here with you for those who are going to be joining me. And if you're watching the replay, please let me know where you're tuning in from. I feel like I'm on a radio station, but here's my heart warrior right there. That's Judah.

So I know you guys. We talk about relationships here in my coffee chats, and I have a very. I don't even know how to talk about it. So it's an interesting thought about our relationships and how we present ourselves. And I thought about what's called the Johari window. If you guys know anything about it. It is psychology or social work based. But the Johari window, I'll just explain a little bit. So there's four quadrants. Hello there. Oh, yes, please don't try to message too much if you're driving, but thank you for listening, though.

But let's talk about the Johari window. So I will try to explain it in detail since you are driving, so you can't see it exactly, but there's four quadrants in the Johari window, and there are four ways that we show ourselves or how people see us. So in one. Hold on, guys. Sorry, sorry, sorry. Okay, that's okay. So I printed it out for you just in case you go somewhere else. But when we do it, we're getting labs done. This is the life of a heart warrior. Heart warrior. Mom. You just got to keep moving.

So. Questions? No. Okay. Lots of information. Clinic and have to call you. Okay. Okay. There you go. Thank you. And then J is coming down to talk to you guys. Okay? Okay. Thank you. Thank you. Good to see you guys. See you later. So a little shout out there. Hi. Cardinal Clinton in St. Louis is the best cardiac place and the best place for kids. Anyway, back to my story. So my. My grandfather passed, and I had to go to the apartment to clean it out. And it was really hard. So I remember I didn't see that he.

You know, where he died, but I knew that he passed in the bathroom. Right. Sorry that this is dark and trigger war, but I just couldn't bring myself to walk past the bathroom where he was. But I had to go into their bedroom and, like, clean out their drawers. Cleaning out. You know, take the sheets off the bed. You know, all the things of packing up someone's life. And it just made me think about relationship in the sense of what is it that we share with others? So, like, there's an idea that I have of my grandfather and who he was and how he lived his life.

I have very few memories of him because I didn't grow up around him. But as he got older, my grandparents moved closer to us, so I got to spend the last years of his life close by. But there's a lot about him I didn't know. But I discovered so much about him through cleaning up his clothes and his paperwork and found the snacks that he used to hide from my mom. And so I just thought about how we hide ourselves from others, where we maybe need to share these secret things with other people and how that could help us.

So there's more doctors and nurses coming, coming in here to talk to us. So I'm going to cut this short, but maybe I'll revisit this next time that we have our little coffee chat. But I hope this helps and maybe prompts you to think about what parts of you are you hiding from others, and what parts do you need to start sharing. Okay, so y' all have a wonderful day. And I do have coffee, but it's in the car. But I'll get that next time. All right, Bye. Sa.
