  1. 0:00What if harvesting wasn't about what you're creating, but about reflecting on all the things

Harvest isn't always about achieving something new. Sometimes it's about gathering the wisdom from everything in the past that tried to break you. Maybe this season is the time that you finally get to look back and realize that you made it.

What if harvesting wasn't about what you're creating, but about reflecting on all the things that you've already done? I think there's a quiet kind of harvest that doesn't get enough credit. It's the harvest that comes from surviving the hard years. The years where all you did was get through the day. Or the years that didn't look like growth, but were actually full of it. Maybe this season is the time that you finally get to look back and realize that you made it. You learned boundaries. You learned what you won't accept anymore.

You learned that your softness isn't weakness. You learned things about yourself that you never knew existed. And that's all a harvest, too. Harvest isn't always about achieving something new. Sometimes it's about gathering the wisdom from everything in the past that tried to break you and realizing that it didn't. You do not owe anyone a before and after story. You just owe yourself recognition that you have been growing this whole time. Maybe that's the harvest. Maybe it's not creating something new now, or building something new, or bringing something new to life.

Maybe it's about recognizing that you've been harvesting this whole time.
