  1. 0:00Three steps of resilience are giving encouragement, receiving encouragement and giving yourself encouragement

I think we never get quite enough encouragement when we're in pain. The encouragement that we get through the three steps of resilience is a combination of self encouragement. Please remember your best is greater than the pain.

I think we never get quite enough encouragement when we're in pain. The encouragement that we get through the three steps of resilience is a combination of self encouragement. I'm encouraging myself when you're planning, you're encouraging yourself, others can encourage you. I'm here to encourage you. I'm here to walk with you when you respond to my questions and share your thoughts, your needs with me. You're actually encouraging me to care for you, to encourage you and that encouragement flows right back to me.

The way that you receive encouragement will help lift you up and when you encourage others such as you encourage me, I hope you'll feel be that energy and feeling lifted as well. But they're very much a part of being resilient, receiving encouragement, giving encouragement, encouraging yourself. There's energy that comes from that. Johan Wolfgang von Goethe who said instruction does much but encouragement everything. Please remember your best is greater than the pain.
