Comedy centered Sundays at 6pm on the Cadre app. Host Tiffany Norton is attention deficit disorder neurodivergent. We will be discussing psychology and recovery. With the goal of making a safe space for us all to get together.

Hello everyone. I'm Tiffany Norton, your host of Comedy centered Sundays at 6pm on the Cadre app. It occurred to me I never really explained fully what my live stream is about. My name is Tiffany Norton. I am a stand up comedian and about two years ago I found out that I in fact am attention deficit disorder neurodivergent. And I didn't know that until I was 50 years old. So comedy Centered is really an attempt for me to use my humor to help myself and others stay centered. Also, a lot of personal stories because I'm a big over sharer, which I found out isn't just me not having boundaries, it's actually part of the neurodivergence.

I know fun facts. You'll learn all kinds of cool things about yourself that you didn't want to know that you used to be able to blame on others, but now you have to take ownership for. All right, sell it better Tiff. We will be discussing psychology and recovery, all with the goal of making a safe space for us all to get together and, you know, relate on some difficult subjects. And the good thing about the Cadre app is you don't show up on screen. You don't have to raise your hand. You do not have to participate in class.

That's, that's my kind of.
