Welcome to Cadre, the platform to connect, learn and discover the right pathways for your mental health. In this video, we'll walk through how to find resources on Cadre. First, open your Cadre app where you'll land on your personalized home screen. It will feature three sections with the one on the bottom reading your feed. In the upper right corner, you'll see your image in a circle like this. Go ahead and click that image. When you do, the screen slides over and you'll see a menu with a title at the top that says Support.
As you scan the list, you'll see a series of support tools including Ask a Question and Resources. When you click on the Resource tab, you'll find phone numbers for 247 100% confidential free hotlines for many situations. Use these numbers if you need help. Now to use another type of Cadre resource Booking one to one Therapy. You'll want to go back to the Support menu by again clicking on your image in the upper right hand corner from your home screen. Once back on the Support page, you'll see Find a therapist with Care Counseling right below the header.
Click the link. That click will take you to the Care Counseling Appointment Scheduling page where you can make an appointment. Simply scroll down and you'll see the button to make an appointment. From there, follow their easy to use process. It's important to check with your insurance provider through your HR representatives or by calling the insurance company directly to understand if and how care is covered for.
