    And so one way to have this continue, this unconditional path of happiness, is just choosing in that moment not to close off. So if something comes up instead of closing, obviously, I can't be happy right now. Just practice staying open.

And so one way to have this continue, this unconditional path of happiness, is just choosing in that moment not to close off. Not to close off your heart or your mind to what is happening and try to change it, but just accepting it and making that decision that I'm going to be happy no matter what. And that doesn't necessarily mean being really, you know, it doesn't mean we don't have to deal with the pain and the grief and the sadness of life as well. It's just about finding that balancing act, I think, within that.

So if something comes up instead of closing, obviously, I can't be happy right now. Just practice staying open. So it's one of these things where it's a constant practice.
