What's going on in cadre family back for another live video here I was out last week and this week I'm under the weather so if I seem a bit exhausted or foggy that's that's the reason why caught caught some of this flu bug some sickness that's going around right now and so not feeling not feeling the greatest here today like I said if you're joining me now I see that just got the tag for the video star right whether it's getting sick or a friend that that has something happened to them or a loved one that has something happened to them we have these emotions these things that come up in light of these different things in our lives and and yet I like to propose the idea that struggling with these things doesn't have to be a requirement if you can think to a time when you really remember yourself struggling right some things might have been there maybe it was a tragedy or something unexpected something you didn't want to have happen maybe it's an emotion that comes up anxiety sadness maybe it's maybe it's that memory of that thing that happened that one time and all of a sudden derails your entire day or maybe it's catching the flu and when we get these things that are out of our control our initial just kind of human reaction is to struggle with it to fight it it's not what we want it's not how I want to see my life it's not what I want to have happen and yet these things are so out of our control and so when we think about that what what struggling really is and kind of what I want to frame struggling as is unwilliness.
