What's up, everybody? It's Luke. Happy Wednesday. We're in the middle of the week. I'm joined by our amazing leader here at Cadre, Emily. We're just going to go live real quick and just say hi to everybody and just had a couple of post-lunch thoughts. So I was at lunch today at this Indian joint, it's amazing, called Hyderabad. And I always get the same thing, buttered chicken, delicious, love it. You can see my lips are still hot from it. It's just, it's a hot, hot Indian food. Delicatessen, it's so good, I love it.

But at any rate, there's two individuals that were sitting in a booth right next to me. There were two gals, probably early 20s. And they were chatting about some really just deep things, like relationally. The one gal was asking about, how is your relationship? And then it kind of went deeper. Well, here's actually what's going on in my relationship. And what I found is he likes to kind of hover all the time around me. He doesn't allow me to go hang out with my friends and I'm just kind of like eavesdropping like I can't help but to hear it.

It's right in the booth next to me. So I'm listening to all this stuff. I'm listening to everything go by. And on my way out, I just said, hey, I just want to let you know whether you think you have the right or wrong answers and that's not it right now. What is it that you're even just discussing and talking about this? I would have done anything to be 20, 21, 22 and meeting with friends, meeting with whatever and say like, hey, I just want to share like this is going on with me or this is something I'm dealing with or this is blank, blank, blank.

And what I want to say is like our next generation has no problem going to the what, the why, the how questions. They're trying to figure it out. And I'm so like just curious about their path forward with, just trying to figure out life quicker, better, faster than maybe we did while we waited till the 30s, waited till the 40s. In some cases, individuals wait till 50s, 60s, or they're dead and buried and never have dealt with it. But my hope for this next generation is, continue to ask those questions.

And what I would encourage them also to do is ask like a 30 something and ask a 40 something their perspective and their take. Because what you might find is they may open up about a lot of life experience that might just be beneficial. So you never know. But my post-lunch thoughts today are this. Our next generation is curious. Our next generation is inquisitive. Our next generation cannot wait to ask questions. And I encourage all of us To not look at that as a hindrance, because I hear all the time from business, excuse me, business owners that always talk about the whys.

Like, the next generation of Gen. Z, Gen. Alpha, they always ask why questions and why, Lean into it. Lean into those opportunities with your teens. If you have teens, lean into those why questions. Lean into those what questions. Go deeper with individuals. Don't be riddled with the response that my parents' generation had, which is because, or that's just what we do. Lean in to say like, hey, well, I do have some information I'd love to share and test to, if that makes sense. So you all have a phenomenal rest of your day.

That's just a little post-lunch thoughts. Thanks for joining in. Have an amazing day. Peace be with you. Bye-bye.
