Welcome back, Cadre, to another Mindset Live. I know it's been a long time. I had a lot going on and I want to get back into doing my lives with you guys because I know you guys value the content. You like my style, my personality, and I had to come back and I miss it, honestly. This is the best social media app for your brain by far. The other social medias are always trying to garner massive attention at a cost. I believe. And although I use the other social media apps, I do it strategically. I use it to create content.

And I'm trying to minimize how much content I consume. So as far as content consumption, I would rather you be on the Cadre app for that because it's super a great way to get to know people more, right? Because, you know, it's like people over profit. with this kind of an app, right? We're trying to bring our best selves to you to show you guys how to navigate difficult, how to navigate difficulties, build emotional resilience, mental resilience, physical resilience. And that's what today's live is all about.

So me coming back to doing lives for you guys for Wealth Wisdom Wednesdays, Sunday Spark Sessions. Today is all about bouncing back after failure. Now, I was preparing for an exam because I'm trying to get back into banking And I did it this morning and I was prepping for it for the last two weeks and unfortunately I didn't pass. I don't know what my score is. It just gives a pass or fail. So I was waiting. I'm going to have to wait the next two days just to see kind of where I stand. And then once I get those results, because it's Thursday today, I should receive the results.

I'm hoping by, I don't know if it's business days or calendar days. So I should receive the results back in like, I'm anticipating by the end of the week or if not, the end of the week, then by Monday. So mentally, not feeling great about it. I went to the exam and I was, and I was prepared, as prepared as I could be. I was studying every single day, 2 hours a day, sometimes more. But the structure and the types of questions that they asked, some of them I got completely stumped on. And some of the, it was very formula heavy, which I had a hard time with.

But the majority of the concepts and stuff like that I felt like I got. But again, I'll be able to see whether I was close to passing or I wasn't or I just was way off. So that's what I want. the data for that before I go back to studying. So when there's a, when you have a setback, when you have challenges, look at the data, look at the, you know, where things are at. If you don't have the data yet, wait till you have the data. And then like in David Goggins book, he talks about what do they call it, backstops, backstops.

So when he was doing training for like, he's out in the wilderness and he's with his team, he's with his crew, but then they, one of his members of his team gets like off course. How do you get back on course, right? So that's what I'm trying to do is I'm trying to get back on course because I didn't pass the exam and I really wanted to pass it. Number two, the cost to retake the exam is $300, which is a lot. So I gotta make sure I'm extra prepared, I go back to my backstops, right? Whatever your backstops are for you.

I got to go back to look at my gaps. Now the only tricky part is after you complete these exams, they don't normally tell you where you went wrong on. In my course, I have an idea of where I need to like formula. It was really formula heavy, so I got to go back and make sure I hammer those formulas to make sure I memorize them. And then another thing would be maybe some, again, those sections where I struggled with. I have an idea of what I struggle with, but again, I'm not 100% sure. I just have an idea.

So first we got to get the data. We got to wait till we get those results back to see how I scored because I have, I needed 60% to pass. I'm hoping I was close at least. If I wasn't close, then I got to go back to see what I got to work on. Because again, the types of questions and all that were definitely a little bit trickier. So, but utilizing, where you went wrong, figure out where you went wrong, utilize back stops for, how, can I, how can I get back on track, dive deeper on the concepts or areas where I'm struggling with, and, oh, hello, I'm trying to see if this will go away.

Oh, it just, it's like the banner of me going live right in the middle. So But anyway, I just wanted to say you're not alone. We all go through failure. It does suck when it happens. But we got to get back on the saddle. We got to bounce back mentally, physically, spiritually. And I know I'm going to come back guns a blazing for this next exam when I'm ready to write it. So another thing I checked is when I can rewrite. It says I can rewrite right away. But before I rewrite right away, I want to, because it's fresh, I want to rewrite within the next two weeks or so.

Like so it's fresh. That's my plan, if possible. And then I want to make sure, yeah, that I'm just like extra prepared. Because again, it was a remote proctored exam. And because you can go to test centers and stuff like that, but it's still computer based on like, if it's computer based, might as well do it remotely. So hopefully I can get that completed. You know, again quickly and then get my results back, analyze my score and then go back to the drawing board. So yeah, look at your backstops, gather the data, number one, number two, gather your or look at your backstops, like where do where do you need to after a failure or a setback, where do you need to look look at?

Was it lack of time? Was it lack of resources? Was it or was it wasn't prepared enough? Look back at all the variables that are that can be controlled and the controllable and then anything that's out of out of your control, then forget that as much as possible. So hopefully this was helpful for you. This is just one example of overcoming setbacks or failure. It's not easy, but there is ways to overcome it. So hopefully I enjoy this live. This is my first live coming back after a while, like since June 19th, I think.

So I just want to keep the content coming for you guys and then just again, post anytime I got a thought and then when there's a live time slot available and then get back to doing my additional videos on top of the lives too because I know it's helpful for people because a lot of people are going through it, right? Navigating challenges like health challenges, life challenges, personal challenges, work challenges, business challenges. There's all sorts of different challenges that we have to learn how to overcome.

So hopefully this is helpful for you and thank you for tuning to this live. Ciao.
