Today is last chance to sign up for my in-person dating with confidence workshop! Tune in to hear the deets, ask any questions, and just to say hi :)
The host greets viewers, introduces her dog Lucky, and mentions she’s broadcasting from outside with possible plane noise. This short intro sets a casual, friendly tone and explains the setting for the rest of the update.
She announces the workshop happening tomorrow, gives the date and time, and names the North Loop venue Bound Nolo. The host explains why she’s leading the workshop and who it’s for to build interest.
This section outlines the curriculum—origins of self-esteem, shifting negative beliefs, and managing body-brain mismatch and anxiety—plus the goal of helping attendees feel more authentically confident. It clarifies who will benefit, from those avoiding dating to people already in relationships.
She explains the event schedule, encourages early arrival to explore the shop, and describes the low-stakes format where attendees can observe or share as much as they like. The host reassures viewers about a casual, supportive atmosphere and that she’ll be facilitating introductions and questions.
The host states the workshop cost ($20), emphasizes accessibility, and directs people to her Instagram and website to sign up, noting today is the last day to register. She also covers practical details like chairs, limited spots (two to three left), and why space is intentionally small.
Good afternoon, everybody. I decided last minute to do my live outside. So I'm out here with my dog. This is Lucky. Hi, Lucky. This is Cadre Live. So I just wanted to hop on today. I know it was short notice, so. Apologies, but I am hosting my workshop tomorrow and it is about dating with confidence. And so I wanted to hop on and just answer some questions that I've been getting and give you a little more information because today is the last day to sign up. So the one ish with doing lives for my yard is I live right underneath where a lot of the planes go to go to the airport.
And so sometimes you might hear a plane overhead But that's okay. m. m. and it is in the North Loop at North, not North, it's in the North Loop at Bound Nolo, which is a permanent jewelry store. They have been so gracious to host me there and I am so excited. The workshop is on dating with confidence. So I am a dating coach and how I landed on Cadre is because we know that dating impacts your mental health, no doubt, right? It is to put yourself out there to say, I want love, and then to go on dates.
And you know, if you've been dating for a while, if you're scared of dating, if dating hasn't been going well, there's many different reasons why dating can impact your mental health. And the workshop I am leading is about how to date with confidence. And it is for anybody, right? If you've been avoiding dating, if you are actively dating, if you haven't dated in 20 years, if you're in a relationship and you're feeling not confident, you're going to walk away from this workshop with tools to help you feel more authentically you.
We are going to explore and talk about the origins of self-esteem, so how one develops confidence with dating and things that might have impacted that over the years for you. We are going to talk about how to shift those negative beliefs that play a role in how we connect with people or don't connect with people. We are going to talk about when your brain and your body don't work together. Maybe you're feeling physiologically anxious when you think about dating, when you go on dates. happens. That happened to me a lot when I was dating.
And hopefully the goal is that you walk away feeling more confident about where you're at with dating, whether that's the idea of dating, whether that's actively dating, whatnot. m. m. and folks are allowed to come allowed. to come early. So if you want to get permanent jewelry or shop around, they have so. Much stuff at that store. I want to get a tow ring that feels very 80s. I was born in the 80s. I didn't live in the 80s for long, four years, but that's where my heart is. And it's very 90s tow rings.
But then we're going to and you can just be an observer. that people say their names and I'll have like just a little intro question. Could be you don't have to say much or you can share. I'll be sharing a lot. Yeah, it's going to be low. stakes low stakes it's low cost it's only 20 which is a pretty low cost workshop but I want to make it accessible to people there's so many that are just like wild wild it's hard enough to ask for help and so I want to affordable and worth it. And so this was short and sweet.
If you have any questions about the workshop, you can. I've answered some of them on my Instagram at Unstuck by Michelle with two L's. Hi. Oh, lucky there he is. Oh, what a little love bug. You can also check out my website, Unstuck by Michelle. dot com under workshops is where the information about this workshop is and where you can sign up. As I've mentioned a few times, today is the last day, so I do need to have like a number by the end of the night. Just because girl, it is bring your girl boy.
I'm talking to myself, girls, bring your own chair. You don't have to bring your own chair. I got chairs covered, but at the place she doesn't have a lot of seating, so I'm bringing chairs and I got to know, I got to know how many. People are going to be there. It will be I will say there's only two to three spots available it is limited space and that's intentional well because of the space and because when there's too many folks like I feel like it's just it's too much I like smaller
