  1. 0:00Dr. Charisse Johnson introduces the Cadre Way of Coaching

The Cadre Way of Coaching is about creating spaces where you feel seen and valued and supported. The model helps you stay anchored in community and focused on what truly matters. This is the future of how we grow, support, and rise together.

Hey, everyone. It's Dr. Charisse Johnson. And I want to take a moment to tell you about something that's really close to our heart. It's called the Cadre Way of Coaching. At its core, this model is about so much more than techniques or checklists. It's about creating spaces where you feel seen and valued and supported as you navigate the challenges of everyday life. We all know that growth doesn't happen in isolation. The Cadre Way was created to remind us that connection is medicine. So coaching becomes the bridge between where you are and where you want to be, helping you strengthen your mindset, manage your stress, and rediscover the resilience that's already within you.

So through compassionate conversations and technology that keeps us connected, this model helps you stay anchored in community and focused on what truly matters. Your wellbeing, your goals, and your capacity to thrive. The Cadre Way is more than a framework. It's a promise to show up for each other. So stay tuned, because this is the future of how we grow, support, and rise together.
