Every day is a piece of content. The habit of thinking up an idea and then putting that, turning that idea into reality is a super. When we get into the habit of creating daily, it's a game changer.
Our monthly theme, harvest, right? When the seeds are planted with our habits, they create. The harvest will come, which is the result. If you found this valuable, you can also check out my YouTube channel. The mindset mantra is fitness motivation.
And welcome to Wealth Wisdom Wednesday's Cadre. This is your Host, Alex of Mindset 6:30pm Pacific. And today's topic of the Wealth Wisdom Wednesdays is habits are the seeds you plant. And harvest is the result for our monthly theme of October. Thank you for tuning into this Wealth Wisdom Wednesday. I know it's been a minute. It was Canadian Thanksgiving over the weekend, so I had delicious turkey, all the fixings, mashed potato, roasted veggies, stuffing, you name it, we had. We all had it. So it was delicious.
So. And super, super stoked to be here for this Wealth Wisdom Wednesday for you. And that's my dog. He's going a little bit in the berserk right now. Shush, Pop. Stop doing that. Speak, Wonder. Welcome alive. My. My dog, he's got this obsession with pebbles. And ever since he was a pup, he would. He would, you know, shush. Yeah, ever since he was a pup, we started throwing him, like, rocks and stuff because he loved it when we played fetch with, you know, Frisbee or like a chuck it, like a chucket ball or a tennis ball.
And he would love that. And then Pino, hey, easy, easy on your teeth. And then he's. He just, like, holds these rocks or these pebbles in his mouth, and like, we just throw them in the garden and stuff and the yard. And he just loves it. It's his favorite thing. He's almost. He's almost three this February coming up, he'll be three, so pretty hilarious. But he's. He gets all animated when there's. When there's pebbles around. So. And he brings. And he brings him inside, so it's pretty funny. But anyway, going back to our monthly theme, Harvest habits are the seeds we plant.
Harvest is the result. Been thinking a lot about this lately. I would love to give an example for myself for my own life right now. Something that I've been really working hard on that is a. Is a habit that I've been trying to build. Every day is a piece of content. Every day I'm making a piece of content. Whether it does well, whether it doesn't do well. The habit of creating. The habit of thinking up an idea and then putting that, turning that idea into reality is a super. Yeah, Pinot. Exactly like Pinot Grigio wine.
You got it. Speak Wonder. That's his. That's his name. Pino. Over here, over here, over here. You want to come. Want to come visit on the live Pinot? Come here, Pinot. He's not coming over, but like I was saying, so creating Something abc like, like in the sales analogy, always be closing my new analogy, Always be creating. Always be creating. The reason I like to say always be creating. When we get into the habit of creating daily, when we get in the habit of turning an idea, like we have like a couple different ideas and then we turn those ideas into reality is it's a game changer.
And when I look at my YouTube channel, so I've been building a YouTube channel at the same time as I've been producing like this kind of content for Cadre as well. When I look at my YouTube channel, all of my podcast episodes, all of my content in general, the videos, the reels, I mainly do reels, short form content. It's my favorite type of content because it's, I can, I can, I can do a post in 5 to 7 minutes flat if I really want to with a couple edits and transitions and music, etc. Etc. But when, like, already I'm at 890 videos.
That's a lot of volume, that's a lot of posting. That's literally a post a day over, I'd say the last year and a half, every single day, without fail. I do miss a day for sure. But it just got me thinking, right? Our monthly theme, harvest, right? I want to get to a point with you two. Just like with Cadre, where there's a harvest at the end and I know there will be, right? It's like feast or famine. It feel, it can feel like feast or famine. But when the seeds are planted with our habits, they create.
Macy, welcome. Welcome to Live so much. Thanks so much for tuning into this live. When we, when we create our habits, when the seeds of our habits are planted, eventually the harvest will come. The harvest will come, which is the result. But it does take time, it does take patience, it does take perseverance. And I'll be honest, a lot of my YouTube videos sucked and some of them still suck. But I know I'm on my way to being an amazing creator because I'm always, always be creating. Every day that we create, every day that we create a piece of content, it's a little pebble like Pinot, like Pinot Pebbles or Pinot Rocks.
It's a little rock or a little pebble in the Internet or into the, into the Cadre sphere, into the universe. That's saying I'm here, I'm here to play, I'm here to participate. I'm here to put my spin, my unique spin, my Alex spin on this content on, in this Cadre. Sphere. And you too will have an opportunity to harvest. You too, you too will have an opportunity to plant those seeds, plant those habits. Because once they start to roll, once they start to snowball, it's extremely powerful. And, and I'm at 209 subscribers right now on my YouTube channel.
It's been a very slow burn, very slow growth. Right. Literally, like, you know, maybe one. Yeah. Pinot Pebbles. Yeah, exactly, yeah. Pinot Pebbles, Pinos Pebbles are the habits, the seeds are the seeds that we plant which turn into habits and then those habits lead to harvest. And, and it just, yeah, it got me thinking, right. We're all trying to create, we're all trying to build a brand for ourselves, whatever that brand is. And the seed habits or the seeds that we plant is, is, is a very, very powerful.
Because when we, when we, when we really hone in on those couple habits, those one to three habits that we do daily, they make all the difference. And then by the time we get to the harvest, it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone because we've been putting in the work daily, we've been consistently creating daily. We've been putting out our ideas out there daily. And whether they fall flat or they flourish doesn't matter because that habit, still we've created that habit. It's automatic. And when it's automatic, we don't think about it as much as when we don't have to think about it as much, we don't overanalyze as much.
And when we don't overanalyze as much, we create better content. We connect with people better, we have build better relationships. People listen in deeper and we, our ideas hit in a different way. So that's all I had to say today. Habits are the seed that we plant. Harvest is the result of that. So thank you for tuning into this live.
