As we lean into October, I want us to think about when the world says we need more autumn. Renat reminds us enough is everything. Think about which area of your life feel the strongest right now.
Good morning, Cadre world. It is Dr. Jessica Green and today is a Wednesday and it is going to be an amazing day for us. My day has already started on the go as most of us, I'm sure have been probably hitting the ground running since 7 o' clock this morning. If we're not dropping the kids off, we're trying to get to work. Good morning, Jocelyn. We are trying to get that morning coffee or for myself, that morning soda, which I probably do not need. Good morning, Michelle. But it has been a morning and we are hitting the ground running.
And I said, you know what? Good morning, sweet wonder. I'm going to give myself some grace and I'm gonna drink this soda. You know, it may be my one and only soda for today, but I'm giving myself some grace and drinking my soda again. If you are joining us for the first time, My name is Dr. Jessica Green. I am a licensed therapist based along the Grand Strand in sunny, wonderful Mortar Beach, South Carolina. I'm also licensed in Florida, in North Carolina because I love those spots and they're also my vacation spots.
So why not be able to go enjoy life and kind of work at the same time, but making sure we find that life balance. I am a CEU provider for South Carolina and I supervise lpcas who are just getting their feet wet. Good morning Mel in the profession. So as we lean into October, you know, we think about fall, we think about autumn, we think about the changing of the coloring leaves, the community hopefully finally going away because I am in Myrina beach and the humidity is no joke and they get the best of us.
And women as we know as we go through this live, how it can mess with our hair. But as we go into fall, I want us to think about when the world says we need more autumn. Renat reminds us enough is everything. So when we say that, it reminds me of our ability to give ourselves some grace. Our ability to remind ourselves we are not robots, we are human. And giving ourselves grace, allowing the use of self talk, reminding ourselves, hey, I'm going to embrace those imperfections and being able to have that forward progress and not allowing those things to set us back, reminding ourselves I am enough.
So I want us to reflect on three important questions. Okay, so the first question, as we reflect and we think about fall and we think about that transition, no matter our seasonal life right now, I want you to think about which area of your life feel the strongest right now. And when we think about those areas of life, it could be physical health, it could be mental and emotional.
