Rick Cram created Take Heart, Encouragement and Resilience in Action. Time spent in each domain provides insights and energy for strengthening your own unique resilience. Twice a month, the first and third Sundays of each month, 3pm Eastern.

Hello, I'm Rick Cram, creator of Plan to Be youe Best as yous Navigate Pain. Part of the foundation of the method includes the eight domains of thriving. Time spent in each domain provides insights and energy for strengthening your own unique resilience. One of the domains is Encourage. Encouragement is something that we all need when navigating life's challenges, and that's why I created Take Heart, Encouragement and Resilience in Action. Take Heart first began years ago as a support group for adults who were separated or divorced.

It was a place where we could connect, share and find strength together. Now it's back, free online and open to anyone who could use a lift. Twice a month, the first and third Sundays of each month, 3pm Eastern, we'll gather together on Zoom. Each session is a chance to pause, breathe, and gain encouragement for your journey. You'll also discover resilience tools that you can apply right away. So I invite you join us and share in the encouragement and take heart because you're not alone and you're stronger than you think.
