I'm going to wait for people to trickle in real quick and then I'm going to cover the cadre team update for the week. Guys, it's April Fool's Day. I hope you don't get fooled today. This is an awesome day because it's the beginning of Q2. Q1 ended yesterday. We have a lot of stuff to cover the next three months. Very, very excited for the technology, for the videos, for the podcast, for everything. We've got tons of stuff to cover, so I'm going to dive into it right now. First things first, I'm going to cover tech.
Recently there was a new tech update. The app has a lot of new features. We're working on a new redesign for some of the main features of the app. We have finalized what work mode is going to look like and what wellness mode is going to look like and how you can toggle between the two of those, which I'm very, very excited about. Besides technology, I'll list some of those things in Slack so you'll be able to see those soon. But I'm just going to quick cover some of the goals that we have for this quarter.
First things first, we have Emily that's joined her team. She's the new marketing specialist , so she's helping us with website updates, with custom thumbnails. She's helping us with the podcast cover art. She's a rock star, so very excited to have her on the team. We have so first things first, for end of Q2, we need to have all new custom thumbnails for all of our videos. There are optimized video thumbnails that get more clicks and more conversions on YouTube. I posted a picture of that in the video Slack channel.
I think that's going to give people more incentive to want to click on some of these options. We have website updates, so each creator this quarter will have their own page, so you'll be able to have your own bio, photo, a video intro about you all on the website. Yes, it is. We have our marketing specialist hired, which is already done. That's awesome. Some of the tech dreams for end of Q2, there's a lot that 's going to be implemented. We have social aspects, so the activity feature. You're going to be able to see a social feed of content from creators and also employees.
This will be a good place for Q&A. It will be a good place for posting updates about your weekend, any wellness related content . That's going to be really cool. Imagine a LinkedIn feed right on your home screen. It will just be videos, photos, text content, all things like that. Legal docs have been finalized. I think all of those have been sent out so far that Luke mentioned. That's awesome. Collaborator contracts, podcast release form, creator contracts that was sent last week or a couple of weeks ago.
I think by now, most of us have seen the financial pro forma, so that's cool to see. We have a lot of stuff that we need to do in the next three months, and especially to get revenue ready. This is a very crucial time for us to really hit the ground running with hitting our goals, making sure that we're staying accountable and really getting our stuff out in on time. One thing with videos is I really want to focus on higher quality content. The OBS bot was a very good V1, and now I want to test out the waters with your phone's camera, your computer's camera.
Maybe if you run a Mac, those Mac cameras are really nice. The phone quality is amazing, so that's another thing there. Otherwise, we'll go for cameras for each of our creators so that we can have a nice setup, nice backdrop. All that will be worked on over the next few months. Let's see, next off, we have QAC. Quality analytics, we had a meeting with Carrie, which was awesome. We discussed some of the things that we want to collect, what's important, what's not important, and we're starting to integrate those things into the application, the tech.
This will be very important for viewing all of these analytics on our own dashboard for internal use. Our creators can see what kind of content people are interested in watching and where they're dropping off. Getting that feedback is going to be very important. We're adding a like feature too, so if you like content, you'll be suggested more of it. It'll also give creators a little bit of sense of what are people liking, what are they not liking, and so on. This is not going to be a public number, so no one can see that, but our creators.
Another goal is to hit 12 creators by the end of Q2. I believe we are at 9 or 10, so we just have a few more to go. Coaching curriculum, very, very excited about the coaching curriculum. Carrie is going to be taking this on, and she's going to be doing exactly what she's doing right now with her own business, but translating it into cadre where all of this marketing can be streamlined. All of the coaching, our coaching platform, the technology behind it can all be streamlined, and she is going to be pioneering this.
This will be a perfect setup for all new coaches that come in to be able to hand this off, and it will be kind of a cookie cutter situation, and we're going to try to cover all areas of wellness. So to start out, Carrie is going to be taking this on, and we're going to be here to help her the entire way. I think it would be awesome for every single one of our creators to go through these courses that are created, the coaching with her, and giving her that feedback. I know I will be, and I think that's going to be really important for the business.
We're using a technology platform. To start, it's going to be a third-party platform. This thing will ultimately streamline the coaching process until we're ready to build our own internal, like kind of learning management system. So you'll be able to see all of your clients that you're coaching, all of your courses that you've created, things like that. So when we're looking into what platform we're going to be using, but it might be a platform called Kijabi, which we've heard good reviews from Katie and from other people too.
And then that dives into courses as well, the Evergreen programs, that content will also be created. And we're going to try to have at least one course for every single wellness topic. So there are eight categories of wellness. So we'll have eight different courses minimum by the end of this Q2. And then we need to have categories, tags, which are topics of each video, and descriptions for all of our videos. So this is going to be important for the analytics portion, the suggestion algorithm, all of that stuff.
So we need to make sure that we're tagging our content after you record a video, write a brief description, it can be one sentence. And then make sure you have what topics that you covered. And then we can just tag those right inside the app. And then that will get tagged into each video. The podcast, I think that the goal that we have on here is minimum of 40 interviews. I believe that he's already hit 40 interviews. So now we need to launch this thing. One of the biggest things that we have for that is getting cover art for all of our podcasts.
A lot of people search for podcasts by the cover art, the digital art. So making sure that this is eye popping to begin with, instead of having to change this X amount of times, it's okay if we need to change it in the future. Many podcasts go through rebranding, things like that, but it's good to just get it out right away and have something that we're proud of. I know this has taken a lot longer. And a lot of people are really excited about watching this podcast. So that's something that Emily's going to be helping us with, is getting those templates created for each one of the interviewees.
And that will be coming soon. Additional goals for Q2. Being able to communicate inside the app for businesses to have a communication tool is essential. And a lot of these businesses don't want to invest in big tools like Slack or Teams, and they just use email or text message communication. And we think that implementing a direct message solution inside this app is going to create a lot more engagement, and it's going to create a work life balance that's done all inside of the app. So super excited about creating this workplace mode, and then being able to toggle off workplace and go to a wellness mode when you need to.
Scheduling inside the app. So we're going to integrate your entire calendar. You'll be able to integrate with Google or Microsoft. So you'll have your entire calendar all inside the app. You'll be able to see all of the updates. For the day, you'll be able to schedule zoom calls with other people inside the app, other employees that you work with. The social component is another thing. And then yeah. So we have a lot to do this next three months, but very, very excited. The progress that we've made so far is incredible.
So proud of all of you guys. I know this is a lot of work, but it's very, very rewarding. And it's really, really cool to see all these videos coming through the app. And Ethan and I do a lot of the developing. We do the developing. So we're watching all these videos. And we're seeing all this content coming through. And we've just seen such growth in every single one of you guys. So super awesome to see. And I can't wait what's to come in the next coming months. Oh, yeah. One more thing, collaborators.
So it was mentioned on Wednesday this week, we need, I think we have nine collaborators in the pipeline, but we need more collaborators. So if you have anybody that you can think of, definitely reach out to them, see if this is this is something they'd be interested in, and then fill out the form. It's in the potential dash collaborators group on Slack. And you just fill out the Google form. Super easy. What's their email address? What's their name? And then what what topics of wellness are they going to cover?
And very simple. I did this yesterday. I reached out to somebody who's a yoga instructor. She's a life coach. She's she has meditations. Her name is Danielle. She's amazing. So super easy process . I talked around the phone for 15 minutes and sent her an email. And now she wants to learn more . So that's super important. If you guys have anybody that you would recommend for the platform, let's get them in there. Yeah, that's, you guys should see the update, the new, the new app update. You can now schedule live inside the app.
What's cool is you go to the side drawer. So just swipe, swipe from the left hand side, or you can tap on the top left, the your profile picture. Now open up the drawer, you click schedule live stream. And then you can choose what time you want to go live at a title, a description, and then click save, and it'll create it. And you can just go live right from there. So cool feature. We just added that that was our last remaining cast for Q1 for tech. And now we're on to the now we're on to the next ones.
So this is it for the team update for for the week. So hope you enjoy it. And don't be fooled today. This was not an April Fool's joke. We'll see you guys later. All right. Bye.
