  1. 0:00Friday is dedicated to grief and loss on Cadre

Cadre is a social platform where people can share their real, authentic experiences of living through life. Fridays are for grief and loss. The live streams you'll find today are going to be centered around grief. But you can also go back and watch past livestreams on the different topics.

All right. Hello. Good morning, Cadre. I'm excited to share this space with you this morning. On this Friday, where I am at, it's 08:00 in the morning. It's very, very pretty outside. The sun is peeking through the trees. And I'm excited to talk today with you about what Cadre is. For those of you that maybe don't know yet or are new to this space, we'll talk about what Cadre is and what to expect today. So what is Cadre? Cadre is a community that we call the Cadre sphere, and it's of humans who are living through life.

So it's a social platform where people can share their real, authentic experiences of living through life. So whether you're looking for to uplift your professional or personal development, develop emotional intelligence for navigating relationships both professionally and personally, prioritizing your mental health by learning skills from peers or professionals, if you're seeking support as a caregiver, or navigating grief and loss in the many different forms that it comes in. So really, just the Cadre sphere talks about all the things that we should be talking about, and it's a very beautiful space, and I'm very happy to be spending the morning with you.

So each day of the week is dedicated to one of these topics, and Fridays are for grief and loss. And this means that the live streams you'll find today are going to be centered around grief and loss. But you can also go back and watch past livestreams on the different topics. So today at seven in the morning, we had doctor Charryse go live talking about how grief impacts the, the connections it has with ourselves and specifically the relationship grief and food hold for us, for many of us. So you can go back and rewatch that if that sounds something up your alley.

She's amazing. At noon, we have Shannon Stouff. She is talking about grief and family estrangement. So Shan's amazing. She's part of team Cadre. Love her. m. Marigold Marigold is a group of two gals that have a experience of being nurses and working in the grief and loss space. So they're both amazing humans, and they share their wisdom and insights from their lived professional experience. And then just in working in the grief and loss space. m. m. We have the amazing Luke, Luke Wendlandt, founder of Cadre, and he's opening up about a recent pet loss and kind of noticing the different ways he and his family are processing the loss and, you know, at various different stages of development as well.

So very beautiful. I'm super excited for the day. Thank you all for joining and watching, and let's talk to some people. Morning, Shannon. Speak, wonder. It's always so great to see you.
