I miss the band. Yes. They always approach their music. Like they were on a trail run. Right. You're. Like it's an orchestras, a guitar, some. Some, uh, asymmetrical rhythm, and then all of a sudden they'd kick into a really. Um, familiar melody, like owner of a lone heart, right? So yeah, a little, yes. For you today. And a little trail running analogy. Um, which sets up for a really good cadre today. Hey, I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad you are here. I know. The things I know, and I care about you say, good morning, let me know you're out there today.

Um, uh, oh, Marissa. Nice to see you. My friend. Um, so um, big Ted lasso fan. When my mustache grows out. Um, I can't not hear the Ted lasso correlations, which. I appreciate cuz I like me some. Um, team sport and I like me some, um, um, perspective that allows you to do team sport a little bit better. Cuz living life is a team sport work as a team sport family is a team sport. Um, and on this week's episode of Ted lasso, the assistant coach, who's trying to, um, um, develop as a human being. Um, start listening to a podcast.

That's said the number one thing you need to start doing. Um, is say yes, more. Um, so that all of a sudden she leaves her car where she's listening to this podcast and. She walks into the office and she just says, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. She says yes to everything. Um, and it's amazing to watch how the yeses change the shape of a conversation. Um, you know, now if you're an improv, uh, if you've ever done improv, you know, that. The answer is normally yes. And, um, the first rule of improv is say yes, and.

Um, so Ted lasso says to the assistant coach, Hey, the CS thing is great. But now try saying yes. And yada yada yada, and all of a sudden the assistant coach's life continues to grow and progress. Um, this week on. Instagram a friend of mine. Um, contributor Brittany right here in the cadre sphere. Said, Hey, does anybody wanna run this? Um, Lapit. Trail half marathon with me on Saturday. And I just watched that damn episode. So I was like, yes. And Brady's like, what? Like I was hoping no one would say yes, so I wouldn't have to do this half marathon on the trail.

Um, and now, as soon as I finish this, I'm gonna go. Run 13 miles through the woods in the rain. It sounds like a fun idea, huh? Yeah, it'll be, it'll be a. Good time. Cause at the end of the day, both of us have said healthy expectations where, Hey, if we, if we do. Some of it. Great. If we do all of it. Awesome. But the beautiful thing is we're making a memory today. Um, because we said, yes, um, my invitation for you today. Is to find a place where you can go. Yeah. Okay. Or, yes, let's talk about that.

Or yes, but we're gonna have to do it differently. Or yes, the world may tell me I'm not supposed to. But that I can't, but I want to. So I will yeah, no matter where you are today. Um, I hope you're having a good one, but even if you're not that's okay too. We'll see you tomorrow. So my way they're so weird. I'll see you.
