Not unusual, have fun with anyone. You hanging anyone? Hit the pause right there. A. Little Tom Jones to play in on this Wednesday morning. If you're my age, you can't help. But hear that song. And start to one to Carlton, right? Uh, a little fresh prince Belaire. Um, throwback right there. But a good little tune to go. Ah, you need a little cortisol boost, say, get the wake up outta my, get sleep outta. My eyes and wake up and start doing the day. Uh, my name's JC, if we've never spared, uh, shared time and space before.

Thank you for the opportunity to spend some time with you. Right now, I'm glad you're here and I hope you're doing good, but if you're not. Uh, you're reminder that, um, you're still incredibly capable, still incredibly worthy, and you're probably. Still gonna accomplish some pretty remarkable things today. Uh, the world may say if you're not a hundred percent. Um, keep yourself out of the game or hide the fact that you're not, and there'll always be a reminder. Here at cadre that there's lots of different ways to be well, and lots of.

Ways to find uh, support and clarity and grounding and all the things that you may be looking for. Um, grinder construction. Um, you may be bopping onto the cadre for the first time today. You had your onboarding yesterday and we hope. Um, especially that you are, um, enjoying your first day at cadre school, walking down the. Halls and going, do I belong here? Where do I belong? Where do I fit? You fit everywhere. Y'all um, it's how this space is designed. Um, so if you have a craving or curiosity or a courage, uh, wander through the halls of cadre here and you'll find, um, someone, uh, one of our contributors who's really excited to spend some time with you get to know you.

And offer some, some perspective. Um, from their life lived just as you're doing your life lived. I'm glad I'm here. I'm glad you are here. I know the things I know, and I care about you. One of the things you'll hear me talk about, um, on cadre today, which is every day. Um, is this idea of enoughness this idea that you are already indeed in this moment? Enough capable and worthy of doing something. Now it's not a tap on the head and be like, it's okay. You don't ever have to change. Um, cuz you're gonna change and you're gonna improve and you're gonna learn.

But you're also gonna struggle and stumble and fall. Um, you're gonna go backwards before you go forward. Sometimes. Um, it's it's it's, it's how it works. Right? Major league. Baseball's 162. Game season for a reason, the world series champion doesn't win all the games. But they do figure out a way to get to a place where they're ready to do the thing that they've been working and doing. And that's what enoughness says. Um, there's four tenants of enoughness. And for the next four days, I'm gonna speak about each one.

For a minute, the first tenant of enoughness is that your words are enough. Um, in other words, um, it's honesty. Hey Jules. Nice to see you. Hey, nice to see you speak wonder. Um, your words are enough. That's your honesty. So often we shy away from speaking with clarity and potency. Because we think that we are not enough, that we need to be extra, extra careful and. We need to kinda lower our status. But in reality, uh, your words are one of the biggest tools you have to. Share and shape your mindset.

And your mindset shapes the culture of, of your life, the culture of your house and your family. And it influences the culture of your workspace. So my invitation for you today. Listen to the way that you speak, you may notice yourself. Diluting your honesty or clarity. You may hear yourself second guessing if you should speak up. You may use words like only, or just like, Hey, I'm only here for five minutes or, um, I may be the only one, but I know I'm new, but. Um, or just like, well, this is just.

This is just, um, a thought I had. Versus, Hey, I'm here for five minutes. Hey, I'm the new person. So I may have a perspective. Um, that's really fresh. Or rather than using that just. Take it out, uh, just made like, like, I, I just had an idea. It's like, I have. An idea. And all of a sudden people will hear you differently. Consider your honesty today. And tomorrow we'll talk about your feelings are enough. That is your intuition. A little Tom Jones to play us out. Unusual to go out. Such a crime, if you should ever wanted to be loved by anyone.

It's not unusual. It happens every day.
