Hello. I told you once tonight. Happy Monday. Most people kind of get scared heading into weekend, not us. Happy Monday to you and yours. It is going to be a phenomenal week. Let's go. This is such a classic. It's the Monroe's What Do All the People Know? Such a great track. Don't know what to do. But we should probably get into it. Happy Monday! It's going to be a phenomenal week. I know it's going to be for you. This is what we do. If you're wondering about the Cadre swag, where do you find that?
io. On the top it says merch and in the merch there's so many different offerings there which are amazing. Got to give a shout out. Shout out Monday. JC, Gene Nichols, you guys absolutely crushed the marathon down in Sydney. Way to go. That's phenomenal. Just think like Just think of like Cadre in itself. That 2 individuals at Cadre, Gene and JC, flew from Minnesota all the way down to Sydney to kill that marathon and they did. Way to go. I know both of them are raising money for awarenesses of their choice.
Way to go, you two. That's absolutely world class. Love what you're doing. Pretty remarkable stuff. So my message today is this. there's always two different types of people in this world. Those that take advantage of their resources and those that don't. So it would have been about a little over 2 years ago, and there was a post on Cadre, and it said, if you, We were just starting coaching. We were trying to learn how to roll it out, the effective ways and pathways that we believe were best inside of the platform for us to continue to expedite our coaching platform.
Well, so this is what ended up happening. So it was a little over about two years ago. And there's an individual, I just said, if you are interested in coaching in any capacity, it's free. We're just trying to learn and develop and grow like our systems and our processes and whatnot. And one individual, her name's At Jewels, took advantage of this. And she reached out. And so we were building all of our processes. And meanwhile, this individual was seeking help, seeking support. And it was just kind of like two worlds collided in the most perfect way.
So I had the privilege over about one year, call it, to work with at Jewels. And I know she would not mind me saying this because she has been public about her testimonials. We've shared her video, all the things, right? But so it's like, that one leapfrog where you just say to yourself, I'm going to try. I'm going to go after this. I'm going to give it a go. I feel like my life is not the best that it should be right now, and I'm going to give in to try something different. And by doing so, at Jewels, not only one has transformed her entire life, #2, she's started a new job, Number 3, she's ran races.
She's completed Masogis. She's completed goals. She's an outstanding mother, a wonderful wife. And all of that over the last two years by just learning and growing and figuring out a process and a path that works for her. By no means is coaching this linear process where it's like you do A, B will happen. And I guarantee she would tell you that. That's not how it works. How it does work is you've got to try some things and figure out some things. And before it, you just may find the right path for you.
And that path is going to look very different than mine. And it's going to look very different than anybody here at Cadres. It's going to look very different. But to understand and establish oneself and your brain and your mind and your heart and all the things that matter to you, and then to start putting goals behind those, to figure out, can I do more? Can I try this? Can I give it a go here? And I just wanna tell you, Jules, I am so proud of you. In two plus years, you never cease to amaze me of where you're going next and what are you gonna go after.
And from two plus years ago, I'll never forget that first teary intersection together. And I was like, I don't know if she's gonna make it through this call, more or less a coaching session. And sure enough, not only has she, is absolutely.
