Contact support or report a problem

1. Open Settings.
2. Under Help & feedback, tap Contact support or send feedback.
3. Choose what you need: Get support, Send feedback or Report a problem.
4. Describe what happened under Tell us more, then tap Send.

When you report a problem, it helps to say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
