  1. 0:01Welcome to Cadre Today, the tonight, the evening version

Cadre Sphere is the evening version of Cadre Today. Shannon is doing her live from a bathroom at the Jewish Community Center. Her phone signal did not work in the basement. She hopes no one hears her talking to herself.

  2. 0:51Cadre Today Night edition focuses on being alone at night

Cadre Today Night edition focuses on being alone at night. JC: I want to connect that to dignity and how you might feel lonely even if you're surrounded by people. Give me a 1 to 10 on how your day was. We'll see you next time.

Happy Wednesday night Cadre Sphere. Welcome to Cadre Today, the tonight, the evening version. So hello, for those of you that I don't know, my name is Shannon. I'm part of the Cadre team. I am actually in a bathroom right now. Like, legit toilet. There's the toilet. I'm here in a bathroom doing my live tonight because I am at the JCC with my son. That is called. That's actually called the Jewish Community center. So. And my signal on my phone did not work in the basement, so I'm just going live from a bathroom and I hope no one knocks on the door or hears me talking to myself.

Okay, you guys, so what is Cadre Today Night edition? You guys have all seen JC's Cadre today in the morning, which we all love. We all start the day day with jc. This is the night version. And this is just a moment in time for us to breathe together. Us to as a Cadre sphere, as a community, come together and just say, all right, the day is done. We are here. We made it through. Okay, Real life. So I think I'm actually blushing. So if you are alone in any capacity for any of those reasons, if you're lonely, I want to connect that to dignity and I want to connect it to nighttime.

I think it can be hard for people who are alone in the nighttime. Nighttime is a time of rest. Nighttime is the day where we might ruminate about what happened. Nighttime is a day. Thank you. You good? I'm glad I'm back on. So we're talking about the word dignity. We're talking about being alone at night, and we're talking about how that is not something to be ashamed of and how you might feel lonely even if you're surrounded by people. You might feel lonely because you lost someone you love. You might feel lonely for a million different reasons.

What I wanted to say tonight is that that is. That is normal. That is not something to be ashamed of. That is not something to feel bad about. So if you're alone right now and maybe you still want conn, right? Maybe you still had want someone to say, like, how was your day? I'm gonna be that right now for you. So how was your day? Put it in the chat. How was your day? What happened? Give me a 1 to 10. Was it a good day? Was it a bad day? Was it a hard day? Was it an awesome day? Put, put. You know, if it was a one, which is not that great.

Was it. What was it? Whatever it was, it just was, right? And we're all gonna have ones, and we're all gonna have tens, and we're all gonna have, honestly, like, a lot of four or fives and sixes. That's gonna be the majority of our life. But I'm here asking you right now how your day was. I'm also here telling you I'll speak wonder. I'm glad. I'm glad you had a one day. I'm so sorry to hear it. I'm sorry that you had a one. I also want to say I see you in your one, and I bet there's a ton of people out there today who have also had a one.

And I. My sincere hope for you is that tonight, you know, you're not alone in that one. You know that we're all here for you. We all see you, and that tomorrow is going to be a better. And tomorrow we're all going to be rooting for you to. To get through it and to hopefully have a day that's not a one. I also just wanted to say to everybody before we say good night, that as you. As you go through this evening and through this night, if you wake up in the middle of the night, I know this is for. I wake up in the middle of the night all the time, and I can't get back to sleep, and that sucks.

I know. I don't know how to articulate this, but, like, you're not alone. There's probably a lot of people out there who also woke up and can't get back to sleep. And maybe you're worrying and maybe you're thinking about things. I just want you to take a deep breath in that moment, and I want you to even think of the people that are on this live stream right now. Think of Anna's sweet face. Think of Speak Wonder, think of Emily, think of Davis, and just know that all these people here are here for you.

So that's. That's what I got, guys. I'm just gonna take a deep breath in this bathroom, and if you go back and watch it, you will see that someone did knock while I was sitting in here. So I don't know what they think I'm doing, but I really, deeply appreciate you guys. I'm going to be back tomorrow night. We're going to do this every day. We're going to start making this part of our normal Cadre sphere, and we want to be part of your life just on a real consistent basis. So have a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful night.

We'll see you guys soon. Hopefully next time. I'm not in a bathroom. And we'll see you next time. The conscious fear. Bye, guys. This have a great night.
